Job will assist Clinical Operations department with credentialing and legal documentation for providers in the network. MUST HAVE STRONG EXCEL SKILLS.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate front office project-based work
  • Maintain internal document / system databases
  • Review front office operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  • Interact with external vendors
  • Maintain internal contact management software
  • Optimize current software for maximizing return on investment

Education and Experience

  • Three (3) years’ experience providing support at a high level
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Must have STRONG Excel skills (INDEXES, VLOOKUP, MATCH, macros, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of information systems
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree an advantage
